Organic Black Bingawan Rice Traditionally farmed in the Cordillera Mountains, this black organic variety is passed on and cultivated in the Island of Panay. This is newly harvested and freshly milled heirloom rice have been brought to us by the Ilonggo farmers. This rice is very nutritious, have a very low glycemic index since it is semi polished, and the bran and endosperm is still intact. It has a very good eating quality and has a mild aroma.
